Legal Notice

In no event will PPRI Canada Inc. be liable to any purchaser or user of its tools, products or goods for lost of revenue, lost wages, lost savings in any incidental or consequent damages including human injury, lost of life property damages ... etc. arising from the purchase, use or inability to use of PPRI Canada Inc. supplied tools, products or goods.

Returns or Exchange

•  All returns or exchanges must be authorized and made within 30 days from the date of purchase with freight prepaid, and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.

•  All returned or exchanged items must be in resalable condition completed with manual & accessories, if any, in the original packagings.

•  Refund for credit only, no cash refund.

•  15% restocking charge is applied on all returned goods.

Claims

All claims must be made within seven days after receipt of the merchadise.

Shipping & Insurance

•  Goods will be shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified or they may be delivered to you directly by PPRI depending on the situation.

•  For all shipments, there is an insurance fee equal to 0.6% of purchasing price added on freight charge unless otherwise specified.

Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments

UPS: Kindly notify your local UPS office and PPRI immediately. Keep damaged tools and packages until advised.

Warranty

All merchandise listed are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase, against defective material or workmanship.

Warranty does not apply to tools mishandled or misused, etched, stamped or otherwise marked or damaged.
